1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing serenehairiq.com or booking an appointment with Serene Navaa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Serene Navaa provides private, by-appointment hair wellness services. All services are subject to availability and stylist judgment regarding suitability for your hair.
3. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation
- New clients are required to submit a $75 deposit, applied toward your service.
- Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via the consent checkbox on any of our forms, you agree to receive recurring transactional and informational text messages from Serene Navaa, including appointment confirmations, reminders, check-in links, Hair Wellness Navigator replies, and service-related communications.
- Message frequency varies based on activity.
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@serenenavaa.com.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
- Your phone number and opt-in data will never be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the "Serene Navaa Method™" and related materials — is the property of Serene Navaa and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Serene Navaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
